My name is Jon Meyer and I write music. Like every other artist I struggle defining a genre for my songs. Words like modern/neo classical and cinematic are often used. There is a thread of sad hope that runs through the album. I used this project as an opportunity to learn the craft of filmmaking. Four tracks from the album feature films I directed.
